Terms of Service

By accessing or using SAJU-BOYS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use paid features. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SAJU-BOYS uses a virtual currency called Bias Points (BP) to access paid readings.

• 1 BP = $0.01 USD. BP packages are purchased via PayPal.
• BP have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real money.
• Your first Personal Saju Reading is free. Subsequent readings cost 99 BP ($0.99).
• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on BP packages once purchased.
• Unused BP do not expire while your account is active.

Readings are generated using OpenAI's GPT-4o model, informed by traditional Korean Four Pillars (사주팔자) methodology.

• Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only.
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• Do not make major life decisions based solely on a reading.
• Reading results may vary and are influenced by the information you provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our systems or content.
• Submit false or misleading birth information to manipulate results.
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users or our support team.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent.

All content on SAJU-BOYS — including the UI design, reading text, brand assets, and astrological interpretations — is owned by SAJU-BOYS or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your generated readings are for your personal use only. Sharing reading snippets on social media is welcome; reproducing or selling them commercially is not.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAJU-BOYS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
